Internet orders:
- placed before 14:00 are realised in 85% of the cases.
Delivery is from Monday to Friday. Please note that assembly will increase delivery time to approximately 3 days.

Some products are subject to special delivery conditions:
- products that are ordered directly from the supplier: term of 2 to 16 days (as mentioned in catalogue)
- customised stamps: term of 5 to 7 days
- sizeable items and orders larger than 800 kg: delivery by appointment

Delivery is FREE on orders of €74 or more. Delivery on orders under €74 is charged at €9.90 excl. VAT.

We offer free exchanges within 30 days for products that do not meet your requirements. We accept returns for any item within 6 months of the date of invoice. Returns are covered by our Total Security Guarantee: this is optional and is mentioned on your invoice. It comes to 2.9% of the total amount (excluding VAT, the minimum rate is € 0,99 and the maximum rate is € 4,95). This guarantee makes sure that you can send back your items for any reason within 6 months of purchase.

It is important that you send the items back in their original packaging.
To ensure a quick dispatch you are advised to add a copy of the invoice (or delivery note). It is easier for us and your credit note can be issued more quickly.
If you send back more than one parcel and you cannot add a copy of your documents, please make sure that the other parcels mention your name and customer number.
Please also note that we cannot accept any returns of personalised products (stamps, T-shirts, ball pens), and software products with broken seals.
Make sure you keep a proof of return until your file is closed. This proof may be a document from the postal services or from the transport company.
This is important to avoid any losses or discussions.
